(the "Exchange", "POLPX") in the period from 14.09.2022 to 16.09.2022 amounted to PLN 92,838.7 thousand. The aforementioned value consists of transactions of sales and purchase of electricity with delivery dates between 15.09.2022 and 31.12.2023. The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 15.09.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 46,070.2 thousand with delivery dates between 06.09.2023 and 31.12.2023.

The transactions referred to above are carried out by the Subsidiary as part of its core business of energy trading, which consists in particular of electricity trading.

(the "Exchange", "POLPX") in the period from 08.09.2022 to 13.09.2022 amounted to PLN 73,631.1 thousand. The aforementioned value consists of transactions of sales and purchase of electricity with delivery dates between 09.09.2022 and 31.12.2023. The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 09.09.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 35,001.7 thousand with delivery dates between 09.09.2023 and 31.12.2023.
