The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Company", the "Issuer") with reference to current reports no. 29/2022 of 23.06.2022, no. 61/2018 of 03.10.2018, no. 55/2018 of 29.08.2018, No. 52/2018 of 16.08.2018 and No. 50/2018 of 8.08.2018 hereby informs that on 11.10.2022, the Company was served with the final judgment of the Regional Court in Katowice, 13th Commercial Division, dated 23.06.2022, dismissing the action brought by one of the shareholders against the Company for revoking the resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting on the abolition of the dematerialisation of the Company's shares and their withdrawal from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
As the judgment in the case became final, the collateral granted under the decision of the Court of Appeal in Katowice, 5th Civil Division, dated 24 September 2018, in which the Court decided to grant collateral for the claim for revocation of the resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of CNT S.A. of 7 June 2018 on the abolition of the dematerialisation of the Company's shares and their withdrawal from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, S.A., by suspending its execution for the duration of the proceedings, lapsed.
In view of the above, the Management Board of the Company will take actions aimed at the dematerialisation of the Company's shares and their withdrawal from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of CNT S.A. of 7 June 2018.
