The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A., with its registered office in Sosnowiec (hereinafter: the "Issuer"), announces that due to the transaction of sale and purchase of electricity by the subsidiary GET EnTra Sp. z o.o. on 26.08.2022 (the "Subsidiary") the total value of trading on Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (the "Exchange", "POLPX") in the period from 23.08.2022 to 26.08.2022 amounted to PLN 82,432.8 thousand. The aforementioned value consists of transactions of sales and purchase of electricity with delivery dates between 24.08.2022 and 31.12.2023. The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 26.08.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 56,640.1 thousand with delivery dates between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023.

The transactions referred to above are carried out by the Subsidiary as part of its core business of energy trading, which consists in particular of electricity trading.

(the "Exchange", "POLPX") in the period from 17.08.2022 to 22.08.2022 amounted to PLN 65,015.8 thousand. The aforementioned value consists of transactions of sales and purchase of electricity with delivery dates between 18.08.2022 and 31.12.2023. The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 22.08.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 43,370.1 thousand with delivery dates between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023.

The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 16.08.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 30,329.5 thousand with delivery dates between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023.

The transaction of the highest value concluded in the aforementioned period was a package of transactions dated 05.08.2022 involving the sales and purchase of electricity with a total value of PLN 45,619.8 thousand with delivery dates between 01.09.2023 and 31.12.2023.
