Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby announces the fixed dates for the publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2022:
I. Quarterly reports:
Consolidated condensed quarterly report of the CNT Capital Group for Q1 2022 - 26 May 2022.
Consolidated condensed quarterly report of the CNT Capital Group for Q3 2022 - 24 November 2022.
II. Half-yearly report:
Consolidated condensed half-yearly report of the CNT Capital Group for H1 2022 - 25 August 2022.
III. Annual Reports:
Company's separate annual report for 2021 - 28 April 2022.
Consolidated annual report of the CNT Capital Group for 2021 - 28 April 2022.
Under § 79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state - uniform text in Journal of Laws 2018, item 757 (hereinafter: the "Regulation"), the Issuer announces that it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022.
The Company further declares that:
- in accordance with § 62 (1) and (2) of the Regulation, the Issuer as a parent company will publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2022 containing quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports for these reporting periods;
- in accordance with §62 (3) and (5) of the Regulation, the Issuer as a parent company will not publish a standalone half-yearly report, therefore the Issuer will include in the consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of 2022 the abridged half-yearly financial statements of the parent company together with a report of an audit firm from a review and abridged additional information.
