The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with the registered office in
Sosnowiec (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby informs that in connection with the
electricity sale and purchase transaction made on February 4, 2021 by the subsidiary GET EnTra
Sp. z o.o. (the "Subsidiary") the total value of trading on the Polish Power Exchange S.A. (the "
Stock Exchange ", " POLPX ") during the period from 02.12.2020 to 04.02.2021 amounted to
49,144.2 thousand PLN. The aforementioned value comprises transactions of purchase and sale of
electricity and gas with delivery dates between December 3, 2020 and December 31, 2022. The
transaction with the highest value concluded in the above-mentioned period was a package of
transactions dated December 21, 2020 covering the purchase and sale of electricity with a total
value of PLN 4,981.9 thousand with delivery dates in the period from December 22, 2020 to
December 31, 2022.
The transactions referred to above are carried out by the Subsidiary as part of its core business in
energy trading, which consists primarily of trading in electricity.

The terms of the concluded contracts (transactions) do not contain provisions concerning
contractual penalties and do not differ from the terms typical of this type or kind of transactions on
the market.

Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby publishes fixed dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2021:

Under § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent - consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 (hereinafter: "the Regulation"), the Issuer informs that it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2020 and Q2 2021.

The Company further declares that:

- pursuant to § 62 (1) and (2) of the Regulation, the Issuer as the parent company will publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 of 2021 containing quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports for those reporting periods;

- pursuant to § 62(3) and (5) of the Regulation, the Issuer, as the parent company, will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the Issuer will include in the consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2021 the abbreviated semi-annual financial statements of the parent company together with the audit firm's review report and condensed supplementary information.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec ("the Issuer", "the Company") informs that after the completion of partial data aggregation on 4 January 2021, the subsidiary Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa ("the Subsidiary") provided the Issuer with information on the results of sales of commercial and residential premises as part of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica development project in Kraków. The sales process under the aforementioned investment was launched in March 2017.

The Issuer reports that in Q4 2020, the subsidiary concluded 152 development agreements and preliminary agreements for the sales of residential units and commercial premises and 209 agreements transferring ownership of residential units and commercial premises.

The Issuer notes that the number of units to be recognised in the Group's financial result for the period from January 1st to December 31st 2020 will be 333. In accordance with the accounting policy of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa, a limited partnership, the subsidiary acknowledges that the transfer of risks, control and benefits takes place at the moment of signing the notarial deed transferring ownership of the purchased property. At the time of recognising revenue from sales, the subsidiary recognises and assigns the technical cost of production of a given area, reducing inventories as a proportion of the share of the premises sold in the total area of the premises sold.

As of 31 December 2020, the Subsidiary was party to 165 development contracts and preliminary agreements for the sale of residential and commercial premises, as well as 4 reservation contracts, which require transformation into preliminary development contracts.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer") informs that in connection with the sales and purchasing of electricity by the subsidiary GET EnTra Sp. z o.o. on 01.12.2020 (the "Subsidiary") the total value of turnover on the Polish Power Exchange (the "Exchange", the " POLPX") in the period from 20.10.2020 to 01.12.2020 amounted to PLN 62,886.5 thousand. The above value comprises transactions for the purchasing and sales of electricity and natural gas with delivery dates falling in the period October 21st - December 31st2022. The transaction with the highest value concluded in that period was a package of transactions as of October 23rd2012 comprising purchasing and sales of electricity with a total value of PLN 16,195.8 thousand, with delivery dates in the period from October 24th2012 to December 31st2021.

The aforementioned transactions are executed by the Subsidiary as part of its core business of energy trading, which consists in particular of trading in electricity and natural gas. The terms and conditions of the concluded contracts (transactions) do not contain provisions concerning contractual penalties and do not differ from the terms and conditions characteristic for this sort/type of transaction on the market.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A., with its registered office in Sosnowiec ( the 'Issuer') informs that on 01.12.2020 it received a lawsuit for the payment of PLN 15 million from the District Court in Katowice, 2nd Civil Division, filed by Marcin Dusza and Dawid Kaczmarek, partners in Dawmar spółka z o.o. against the Issuer. The subject of the claim is compensation for bringing the Dawmar company to insolvency in relation to the agreement concluded as part of the public tender announced by Strzeleckie Wodociągi i Kanalizacja sp. z o.o. "Improvement of water and sewage management in the Strzelce Opolskie agglomeration" part 4 - contract 8. The value of the subject matter of the dispute includes the lost profit of Dawmar spółka z o.o. and its partners, the loss of Dawmar's assets and the lost remuneration of its management board members. In the Issuer's opinion, these claims are unjustified in the absence of any grounds for compensation and have not been proved in any way.

The Board of the Management of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. based in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer") announces that in connection with the sales and purchase of electricity by the subsidiary GET EnTra Sp. o.o. (The "Subsidiary") on 19 October 2020, the total value of trading on the Polish Power Exchange S.A. (the "Exchange") in the period from 15.07.2020 to 19.10.2020 amounted to PLN 82,271.5 thous. The aforementioned amount includes, among others purchase and sales of electricity and natural gas with a delivery date during the period from 16.07.2020 to 31.12.2021. The transaction with the highest value contained in the aforementioned period was a package of deals of 19.10.2020 including the purchase and sales of electricity with a total value of PLN 13,952.9 thous. with a delivery date during the period from 20.10.2020 to 31.12.2021.

The transactions referred to above made by the Subsidiary are carried out within the core business of energy trading, including in particular electricity trading in a network system.

Terms and conditions of concluded contracts (transactions) do not contain any provisions on contractual penalties as well as not diverge from typical terms and conditions of this kind / type of transactions on the market.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer", the "Company") informs that a subsidiary of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the "Seller") concluded on 7 October 2020 with LEW Invest spółka z o.o.  (the "Buyer") 4 preliminary sales agreements regarding the Nowa 5 Dzielnica investment project in Kraków, the subject of which is the obligation to sell a total of 116 residential units, 1 service unit together with shares in a joint property and shares in a joint ownership of garages for a total amount of PLN 52,736,800.

The promised agreements will be concluded successively until 31 May 2021.

The agreement contains clauses, standard for this type of transactions, concerning warranties and representations of the Seller and the Buyer and concerning the parties' liability.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer", the "Company") reports that after the aggregation of partial data by its subsidiary Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the "Subsidiary") the Issuer on 2 October 2020 received information on the sales results of commercial and residential premises as part of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica development project in Krakow. The process of the sales within the aforementioned investment was commenced in March 2017.

The Issuer reports that in the third quarter of 2020 its Subsidiary concluded 40 development contracts and preliminary agreements for the sale residential and commercial premises. A total, in the third quarter of 2020, the Subsidiary concluded 97 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises.

Moreover, as of 30 September 2020, the Subsidiary was a party to 7 reservation agreements, which require transformation into development and preliminary agreements.

The Issuer explains that the number of premises which will be recognized in the financial result of the CNT Group for the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 September 2020 will amount to 124 units. In accordance with the accounting policy of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa, a Subsidiary acknowledges that the transfer of risks, control and benefits is effected upon signing of a notarial deed transferring the ownership of the purchased property. Upon recognition of revenue from the sales, the subsidiary recognizes and allocates the technical cost of production of a given area, reducing inventories in proportion to the share of the sold premises in the total area of sold premises.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Company', the 'Issuer') informs that today it received a notification from the Company (the 'Notification') submitted in performance of the obligations specified in Article 69, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies ( Journal of Laws 2005 No. 184, item 1539, as amended), informing that due to the registration by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice of a reduction in the Issuer's share capital and redemption of 1,100,000 shares of the Company, the Issuer does not currently hold any own shares of the Company.

Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer", the "Company") informs that in connection with the reduction of the Company's share capital, the Issuer received today, i.e. on 23 September 2020, from FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych with its registered office in Warsaw, a notification on increasing the total number of votes and shares in the Company by the Shareholders, with the following content:

"Acting on the basis of Article 69(1)(1) and Article 69 (2) (2) of the "Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies" of 29 July 2005, Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539 (the "Act"), I hereby inform you that as a result of registering by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, the reduction of share capital of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A.  (the "Company"), about which the Company informed in its current report 30/2020 of 17 September 2020, the total number of shares and votes of the Company represented by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty exceeded 50% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company and the total number of shares and votes of the Company represented by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty and entities acting in agreement referred to in Article 87 (1)(5) of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas with his subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o, Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o., increased by more than 1% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.

I would like to inform you that as a result of registering by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, the reduction of share capital of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A.  (the "Company"), about which the Company informed in its current report 30/2020 of 17 September 2020, the total number of shares and votes of the Company represented by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty exceeded 50% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company and the total number of shares and votes of the Company represented by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty and entities acting in agreement referred to in Article 87 (1)(5) of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas with his subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o, Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o., increased by more than 1% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.

Following the reduction of the share capital referred to above, FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty holds 4,039,393 shares conferring the right to 4,039,393 votes, which constitutes 54.59% of the Company's share capital and the same number of votes, while FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty and entities acting in the agreement referred to in Art. 87( 1)(5) of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas with subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o, Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. hold a total of 5,537,907 shares conferring the right to 5,537,907 votes, which constitutes 74.84% of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A.'s share capital and the same number of votes.

Prior to the aforesaid change, FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty held 4,039,393 shares conferring the right to 4,039,393 votes, which constituted 47.52% of the Company's share capital and the same number of votes, while FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty and entities acting in the agreement referred to in Art. 87( 1)(5) of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas and his subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o, Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. held a total of 5,537,907 shares, constituting 65.15% of the Company's share capital. The shares held entitled to exercise 5,537,907 votes at the General Meeting and accounted for 65.15% of the total number of votes.

FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty declares that there are no subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act. Subsidiaries of Zbigniew Jakuba that are also shareholders of the Company are: Multico Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Energopol - Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Energopol - Trade S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw".
