The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer", the "Company") hereby reports that after the aggregation of partial data was completed on 14.04.2020, its subsidiary Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the "Subsidiary") provided the Issuer with information on the sales results of commercial and residential premises as part of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica development project in Krakow. The process of the sales within the aforementioned investment was commenced in March 2017.

The Issuer reports that in the first quarter of 2020 its Subsidiary concluded 215 development and preliminary agreements for the sale of residential premises and commercial premises. Cumulatively, in the first quarter of 2020, the Subsidiary concluded 10 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises.

Moreover, as of 14 April 2020, the Subsidiary was a party to 16 reservation agreements, which require transformation into development agreements.

The Issuer explains that the number of premises which will be recognized in the financial result of the CNT Group for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 will amount to 10 units (10 apartments). In accordance with the accounting policy of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa, a Subsidiary acknowledges that the transfer of risks, control and benefits is effected upon signing of a notarial deed transferring the ownership of the purchased property. Upon recognition of revenue from the sales, the subsidiary recognizes and allocates the technical cost of production of a given area, reducing inventories in proportion to the share of the sold premises in the total area of sold premises.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its seat in Sosnowiec informs that in the current report no. 2/2020 there was a mistake in the number of the apartments sold in 2019 and recognized in the financial result of CNT Group in the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.

The report says:

"In 2019 the subsidiary concluded a total of 121 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises and 7 agreements transferring the ownership of commercial premises. (...) The Issuer explains that the number of premises which will be recognized in the financial result of the CNT Group for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 will amount to 128 units (121 apartments and 7 commercial premises)".

and it should say:

"In 2019 the subsidiary concluded a total of 124 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises and 7 agreements transferring the ownership of commercial premises. (...) The Issuer explains that the number of premises which will be recognized in the financial result of the CNT Group for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 will amount to 131 units (124 apartments and 7 commercial premises)".

Below is the correct content of Current Report No. 2/2020 after the aforementioned amendment:

“The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer", the "Company") hereby reports that after the aggregation of partial data was completed on 08.01.2020, its subsidiary Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the "Subsidiary") provided the Issuer with information on the sales results of commercial and residential premises as part of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica development project in Krakow. The process of the sales within the aforementioned investment was commenced in March 2017.

The Issuer reports that in the fourth quarter of 2019 its Subsidiary concluded 53 development contracts. In the fourth quarter of 2019, the Subsidiary concluded 110 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises and 2 agreement transferring the ownership of commercial premises.

Cumulatively, from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019, Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa concluded 296 development and preliminary agreements (of which 6 development agreements concluded in the fourth quarter of 2019 were transformed into agreements transferring the ownership of apartments as of 31 December 2019). In 2019 the subsidiary concluded a total of 124 agreements transferring the ownership of residential premises and 7 agreements transferring the ownership of commercial premises.

Moreover, as of 31 December 2019, the Subsidiary was a party to 17 reservation agreements, which require transformation into development agreements.

The Issuer explains that the number of premises which will be recognized in the financial result of the CNT Group for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 will amount to 131 units (124 apartments and 7 commercial premises)

In accordance with the accounting policy of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa, a Subsidiary acknowledges that the transfer of risks, control and benefits is effected upon signing of a notarial deed transferring the ownership of the purchased property. Upon recognition of revenue from the sales, the subsidiary recognizes and allocates the technical cost of production of a given area, reducing inventories in proportion to the share of the sold premises in the total area of sold premises.

Legal basis: § 15 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.

Referring to current report no. 64/2018 and 67/2018 on the conclusion by GET EnTra sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Subsidiary") with PKO BP S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") of the framework agreement on bank guarantees, the Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. (the 'Issuer', the 'Company') informs that on 06 March 2020 it received a statement signed by the Bank and the Issuer (acting as Guarantor) on both parties changing the amount of the guarantee granted by the Issuer for the Subsidiary's liabilities resulting from guarantees issued by the Bank under the framework agreement (hereinafter: the 'Statements'). Under the Statement, the value of the guarantee granted by the Issuer for the Subsidiary's liabilities was reduced from approximately PLN 14.7 million to approximately PLN 6.6 million, while the guarantee is still valid up to 150% of the bank guarantee, i.e. up to a maximum of approximately PLN 9.8 million.

The guarantee granted by the Issuer on general terms and conditions constitutes security for possible claims of the Bank against the Subsidiary by virtue of the bank guarantee issued by the Bank to the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House in the amount of about PLN 6.6 million, extended until 26 March 2021.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec ( the ‚Issuer', the ‚Company') informs that the subsidiary Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the ‚Subsidiary', the 'Seller') concluded 6 pre-sale agreements with LEW Invest spółka z o.o. ("Buyer") in connection with the implementation of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica investment in Kraków on 20 February 2020. The subject hereof is a commitment to sell a total of 173 residential units, 2 commercial premises together with shares in a joint property and shares in a joint ownership of garages for a total amount of PLN 86.5 million.

The promissory agreements will be concluded successively until 31 March 2021.

The agreement contains standard provisions for this type of transactions concerning warranties and representations of the Seller and the Buyer and concerning the parties' liability.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the 'Issuer', the 'Company') informs that on 18 February 2020 it received information that Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii Spółka Akcyjna spółka komandytowa (the 'Subsidiary') received a decision of the Regional Court in Katowice (the 'Regional Court') to secure the claim of KCI S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (the ‘Claimant') against the Subsidiary for payment up to the total amount of PLN 5,368,803.64 by establishing a compulsory mortgage on the properties of the Subsidiary indicated in the decision and the lawsuit filed by the Claimant against the Subsidiary for payment of PLN 5,368,803.64 together with statutory interest for the delay commencing on 2 May 2019 until the date of payment, and in the event that the aforementioned claim for declaration of invalidity of legal transactions as complex in terms of exploitation is not accepted (applies to the preliminary settlement and the promised settlement concluded between the Claimant and the Subsidiary) and to award the amount of PLN 5,368,803.64 together with statutory interest for the delay commencing on 2 May 2019 until the payment date from the Subsidiary to the Claimant and to secure the claim by establishing a compulsory mortgage on the properties of the Subsidiary indicated in the suit.

The Issuer informed about the end of all court disputes as well as security and enforcement proceedings pending in relation to the claim of the Subsidiary in current reports no. 32/2018, 23/2018, 18/2018, 16/2018 and 14/2018 and the consolidated periodical report of the CNT S.A. Capital Group for the first half of 2019 concerning, among others, the conclusion of an agreement with the City Hall of Kraków on a permanent change of the purpose of the perpetual usufruct right to the property of the Subsidiary and an agreement on the conclusion of a settlement aiming at, among others, withdrawing the suit of the State Treasury - the Mayor of the City of Krakow filed against the Subsidiary (for dissolution of the right of perpetual usufruct of the property on which the first stage of the development investment Nowa 5 Dzielnica was executed) and concluding a preliminary and promised settlement with KCI S.A. ending the dispute over the payment by KCI S.A. of a fee of 5,382 thousand PLN paid by CNT S.A. sp.k.  to the Municipality of Krakow for the change of the purpose of the perpetual usufruct right from industrial to residential.

The Subsidiary does not recognize the Claimant's claims as justified and will submit its response to the aforementioned claim and complaint to the Regional Court within the statutory deadline.

The Management Board of the Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. based in Sosnowiec (the "Issuer") announces that in connection with the sales and purchase of electricity by the subsidiary GET EnTra Sp. o.o. (The "Subsidiary") on 18 February 2020, the total value of trading on the Polish Power Exchange S.A. (the "Exchange") in the period from 22.11.2019 to 18.02.2020 amounted to PLN 130,476.59 thous. The aforementioned amount includes, among others purchase and sales of electricity with a delivery date during the period from 23.11.2019 to 31.12.2021. The transaction with the highest value contained in the aforementioned period was a package of deals of 04.12.2019 including the purchase and sales of electricity with a total value of PLN 7,939.3 thous. with a delivery date during the period from 05.12.2019 to 31.12.2020.

The transactions referred to above made by the Subsidiary are carried out within the core business of energy trading, including in particular electricity trading.

Terms and conditions of concluded contracts (transactions) do not contain any provisions on contractual penalties as well as not diverge from typical terms and conditions of this kind / type of transactions on the market.

At the same time, acting on the basis of § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state - consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the Issuer informs that it will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.

The Company also declares as follows:

• pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer, as the parent company, will publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2020 containing quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not publish separate individual quarterly reports for those reporting periods;

• pursuant to § 62 sections 3 and 5 of the Regulation, the Issuer, as the parent company, will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore the Issuer will include an abridged semi-annual financial report of the parent company in the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2020 together with the auditor's review report and abridged additional information.

The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (the "Company', the 'Issuer') informs that today it received a notification from the Company (the 'Notification') submitted in performance of the obligations specified in Article 69, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies ( Journal of Laws 2005 No. 184, item 1539, as amended), informing that due to the registration by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice of a reduction in the Issuer's share capital and redemption of 590,000 shares of the Company, the Issuer does not currently hold any own shares of the Company.

Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with its registered office in Sosnowiec (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer" or the "Company") informs, that in connection with the reduction of the share capital of the Company, the Issuer today, i.e. on 8 January 2020, received notification from FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych with its registered office in Warsaw about an increase in the total number of votes and shares in the Company by the Shareholders, as follows:

"Acting pursuant to Article 69 sec. 1 point 1 and Article 69 sec. 2 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies" of 29 July 2005, Journal of Laws No. 184 item 1539 (the "Act"), I hereby inform that as a result of the registration by the Regional Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Department of the Polish Court Register of the reduction of the share capital of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. about which the Company announced in current report 1/2020 of  7 January 2020 the total number of shares and votes of the Company represented by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych and entities acting in accordance with the agreement referred to in Article 87 section 1 point 5 of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas together with the subsidiaries under the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o., Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. increased the total number of votes in the Company by over 1 % and exceeded 75% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.

After the reduction of the share capital referred to above, FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych and entities acting in accordance with the agreement referred to in Article 87 section 1 point 5 of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas together with the subsidiaries under the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o., Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. hold a total of 6,450,732 shares, which give right to 6,450,732 votes, which represents 75.89% of the share capital of the Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. and the same number of votes.

Before the aforementioned change, FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych and entities acting in agreement referred to in Article 87 section 1 point 5 of the Act, i.e. Zbigniew Jakubas together with the subsidiaries under the Act, i.e. Multico Sp. z o.o., Energopol Warszawa S.A., Energopol Trade S.A. and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. held 6,450,732 shares in total, constituting 70.97 % of the share capital of the Company. The shares held jointly entitled to exercise 6,450,732 votes at the General Meeting and accounted for 70.97% of the total number of votes.

FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych declares that there are no subsidiaries under provisions of the Act. The subsidiaries of Zbigniew Jakubas that are also shareholders of the Company are Multico Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Energopol - Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Energopol - Trade S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw and Wartico Invest Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw".
